Short project description

This is a system of data holding and analysis for building certification process. GUI is fully web-based. Testers can enter results of their testing into the system using a simple web-browser. It also allows builders to review the status of buildings. Managers have the ability to control the flow of house certification process, manage builder plans, lots, projects, as well as to approve the test results, make payments, generate guarantees, invoices and reports. Administrators can manage any data, control the policies and users. System supports secured connections and provides the control of data access for different user roles according to the defined policies. The Project was built using MVC model and uses open-source technologies. The Client side is represented by web-browser and uses standard HTML and JavaScript. Server side is represented by Tomcat with java classes, JSP and servlets, Struts. Data layer is represented by Firebird SQL Server accessed by JDBC
