Short project description

ESP stands for Estimation Sales Production. The project covers live-cycle of Service Organization operations processes. It provides features-reach functionality to enter Proposals, generate Contracts and turn them into Jobs and Work Order using graphical Project, Scheduling, Dispatch and Job Costing modules. The user interface is tuned to minimize keystrokes while providing extremely reach and user-friendly interface to facilitate business processes like handling Discounts, Options and Kits or calculate Hourly and Piece-Rate Payroll in a Multi-Division Organization.

To build the system we used 3-tiered approach interfacing application servers using Midas and Web Services. All configurable functionality is done using Tailoring Manager subsystem that allows customization of the calculation or behavior without changing a line of code. The security is spread across GUI and application servers using Security Manager module. Extensive and secured reporting subsystem is done with help of Report Manager.
