Short project description

EAMS is an intranet website that provides an ability to maintain excessive assets and share them between different divisions within a company. It can be used for any type of assets such as vehicles, materials, office supply, equipment and other items and even for labors and relocating employees. Each assets type has its own custom details (for example, for Vehicles these are mileage, make/model and others) among with common properties (listing date, branch, status, contact info and others).

EAMS provides different access levels, so users with different roles will have access to different parts of the site. Guest users can only find needed assets using some search criteria. Division Admins can manage assets (create, update, mark as moved to other division, mark as non-available, etc.). Administrators have full access including reports generation and managing of general items.

This project also utilizes common ERP subsystems, such as Configuration Manager, Security Manager, Tailoring Manager and Report Manager .
