Short project description

The purpose of this project is to demonstrate features of the Route Ware’s RW NetServer (http://routeware.dk/rwnetserver/rwnetserver.php). The application is based on the MapXtreme - MapInfo's (http://www.mapinfo.com) powerful Internet mapping server for Windows®. Using web-interface user can initiate server-side maps generating. Generated maps are accessed through the MapInfo's Java applet or are rendering to the browser as images. Server part works under IIS web server. Demonstrative examples allow producing different types of cartographical calculations. For example, routing using weight restriction (demo1), route optimization for traveling salesman and showing path on the map (demo3) or showing isochrones/isodistances for some nodes (demo5), etc.
